July 1st (Happy Canada Day)

Typical rest day. Walked across the city to find laundry, which will be returned to us after 3pm. Internet connection in the hotel, so no need to find an internet cafe. Found three local bike shops, but none of them carried anything interesting. (I was hoping to find some 1L water bottles and maybe even a new, more comfortable saddle.) Long lunch in the main square, which has beautiful gardens and a nice church at one end.
